Hi! I really like your game and I am working on an expansion. Basically - a second page with simple rules for hexcrawling, resting, spellcasting, hirelings and morale. Would you like to take a look at them and see if they are in line with the spirit of your game?
Glad you enjoy it! The HP recovery didn't make it into the final draft cause I wanted to keep it 1-page. I would suggest 1 hit point per full day and night of rest, as per 1974 D&D.
